When working with individuals, I use a variety of techniques depending on the goals and preferences of the individual. Nevertheless, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) informs much of my work. ACT focuses on clarifying one’s values and using mindfulness to maximize one’s potential for a rich, full, and meaningful life.
